NHS England estimates that there are 750 avoidable deaths a week due to poor care and training in the UK, this number reached an all time high during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

In response to this crisis our founders set up Safer Staff to use their decades of experience and provide engaging, high quality lessons in safe care.

Our approach is not simply to train but to teach a deeper understanding of how to be an outstanding and effective carer.
